While your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to your computer through a USB connection, this feature will allow you to transfer files between your BlackBerry smartphone and your computer. How did you figure out that this was the solution? This worked on my I did have to remove my device and re-pair it. Also, I used the same driver for each of the choices, the newest one.
