Hack gu trilogy haseo vs ovan

Ovan traps Haseo in an alternate dream realm much like what happened with Atoli when a spirit of Atoli appears before Haseo, telling him to forgive himself and to release his hatred. Haseo is able to beat Ovan in this form after a massive avatar battle of Skeith vs Corbenik. But, Haseo has one more thing he wants to do…like with himself and Atoli, it would seem that Ovan is trapped in his own mind, and can be saved if only by Haseo reminding him how much everyone cares for him.

So, Haseo goes and rescues Ovan in order to fulfill a promise to Shino, realizing that Ovan never did any of the things he did out of spite or malice, but that he was a victim of the AIDA same as anyone else, and that Ovan just wanted to save his sister.

Atoli now restored uses her avatar powers to get Haseo to where Ovan is, and he is able to rescue his friend. The DVD comes with a few extras including all the promotional trailers, the art gallery containing concept art for the characters, a storyboard piece, and then the parody-mode which contains clips of the movies with with small edits and funny lines all non-canon.

They were interesting to watch and I got a good laugh out of it all. Also, I always love seeing the promotional trailers as well. While I actually loved the GU Trilogy movie, there were a lot of people that had complaints about the way it was executed. The movie took a lot of liberties when it came to certain areas of the film.

A lot of people complained of how much got cut from the movie because we only see a fraction of the avatar users, and a lot of characters essential in the GU games were left out.

The movie cut out a lot of the filler and fat from the games and many fans were not happy with this fact. They said that this negatively impacted the pacing of the story and that they would have rather everything been included and then have the movie be over 2-hours long.

So while the GU Trilogy is supposed to relate to the GU games, many that are fans of the games say that the movie is not as faithful as it should be. There were also those who complained because the movie is subtitle only.

I do feel like that is important information that should not have been overlooked. Strangely enough, I really liked the GU Trilogy. I loved that they kept things to-the-point. It was nice to see him run through all these emotions rather than just be this edgy twin-blade that we see all the time in the manga. It was nice to see him grow. Obviously as a sucker and sap for romance and emotional plots, the part where Haseo goes to save Atoli was my favorite moment.

I think that was one of the biggest parts of character growth and it was so beautifully put together. So far, this movie is truly my favorite out of anything GU-related that I have read or seen. But that of course is all a matter of opinion. Have you seen the GU Trilogy? Did you like the way they presented the story?

In the brief scenes of battle, Haseo is shown to have gained his second form. He is then defeated by an unnamed PC. Haseo's vision fades out. Fading back in, a view of Mac Anu is shown. Atoli is waiting for Haseo at the Chaos Gate. When Haseo arrives, she immediately approaches the Chaos Gate and tried to exchange member addresses with him. Atoli reveals that she always had wanted to meet Haseo again ever since they met in Mac Anu before.

Haseo laughs at this, and proceeds to walk off, but Atoli sudenly stated that Haseo looked sad, and that she would like to help him. With this, Haseo says that that was crap, and walks off. Yata and Pi are having a conversation in The Serpent of Lore, where Pi reports to Yata that Haseo's powers are still completely dormant. Pi concernedly asks if this would affect Haseo's willpower and bloodthirst for Tri-Edge,and interfere with Skeith 's awakening.

Yata dismisses this, saying that the criteria for awakening the Avatars was a thirst for power, a mental shock and a total liberation of the most basic instincts. Pi agrees, stating that Haseo's arrogance was instinctive but it would still affect his awakening.

Yata denies this again, with the reason being that if Haseo would ever become weaker, Ovan would make a move against him, but as Ovan was still quietly watching in the background, there were no problems with Haseo's power. Yata was content to watch the darkness in Haseo's heart from a safe distance. Haseo and Atoli are shown in an area, fighting against monsters.

As Atoli congratulates Haseo for defeating the monster, Haseo interrupts her, telling her that he needed to become much, much stronger, so he could kill Tri-Edge.

Atoli then questions Haseo about the reason for becoming stronger. Haseo sees Shino instead of Atoli for a moment, then responds, stating that wanting to become stronger in a game was only natural.

Atoli counters that by saying that there was no goal in strength, and that she would prefer to look at the scenery around her and interact with other people rather than just fighting all the time. During the events of. Immediately afterword, an international warrant was issued from Interpol for his arrest.

Near the end of the G. Games , the charges were dropped after an anonymous CC Corp employee revealed that his company was blaming Ovan for its own wrongdoings. Ovan rescues Haseo after he is PKed. His interest in Haseo soon draws the attention of Naobi , the Guildmaster of TaN , who wonders why a powerful character like Ovan would be interested in a newbie. Naobi sends several of his guild members to investigate Haseo, and try to sway him into TaN. Eventually, after a discovery by Haseo, the Twilight Brigade finds what they believe is the hiding place of the Key of the Twilight.

In actuality, the entire thing was a trap by Naobi, who managed to capture Ovan so that he could explore his character data, which he said was much larger than a normal PC 's should be. Ovan, who had expected something like this, had been gathering information about TaN's illegal activities. After his disappearance, his second in command, Shino , used the evidence to get TaN disbanded by the system admins.

Despite the destruction of their Guild, Naobi and his assistant Ender disposed themselves of their PC bodies, and revealed their true forms, that of the System Administrators Yata and Pi. With Ovan under their control, they began a complete scan of Ovan's character data, eventually investigating the seal on his left arm. Despite Ovan's protests they succeeded in breaking the seal, which exploded in a flash of light.

Somehow this allowed Ovan to escape from their control, allowing him to return to the normal portions of The World R Ovan returned to find his guild disbanded. Only two former members, Haseo and Tabby , remained as players, and more unfortunately his close friend Shino was revealed to have been attacked by Tri-Edge and turned into a Lost One.

Spurning contact with his former allies, Ovan began to wander the system, encountering the powerful player Taihaku in his travels. Using his left arm, which apparently contained an AIDA , Ovan was able to fight evenly against the powerful Azure Kite, forcing him to retreat.

Though Kite had been driven off, Ovan realized that he hadn't been defeated permanently. Being told Ovan would meet up with him there, Haseo traveled to the Cathedral as directed, where he encountered Azure Kite. Though Phyllo was shocked by the revelation, he promised to take Ovan's secret to the grave.

Looking at the falls, Ovan quietly begged Haseo to get stronger, strong enough to kill him and restore order to The World. Ovan has a small cameo with Haseo when several members of Moon Tree spy on a meeting between them at the Arche Koeln Waterfall. After a long drought of contact, Ovan sends an e-mail to Haseo , telling him to return to Hulle Granz Cathedral and that he'd find what he was looking for. There, he meets with Haseo, informing him of Shino's state in the real world.

Ovan leaves shortly before the appearance of Azure Kite. He reappears to watch Haseo's fight with Endrance in the arena. While fighting Haseo, Ovan easily overpowers Haseo. As a result of the Rebirth, Ovan dies in real life. Aina receives an email that says it was sent by Ovan and goes with Haseo to investigate it.

There they see that the current champion of the tournament, Endrance , is cheating by using the entity Avatar Macha to fight for him. Haseo challenges him to a duel in the arena, and manages to activate his own Avatar Avatar Skeith in response to Macha's attacks.

Although Haseo waits for Tri Edge to attack him, he changes his plans when learning of Atoli's disappearance. Together, they defeat Tri Edge, but do not find Atoli. Shortly afterwards, Haseo discovers that Ovan is the real Tri Edge. Ovan easily overpowers Haseo, leaving his PC deteriorated.

Ovan sacrifices himself to protect Aina. He then reveals he was wishing Haseo to defeat him since he possessed Skeith which would serve as a means to activate the Rebirth. The two go on a date in which Ryou confesses how he wished Shino to pay attention to him rather than Ovan. Shino then also confesses how she let Ovan PK her as she was in love with him and leaves Ryou. Although The World becomes available again, Ryou does not return and is seen meeting the Atoli's player, Chigusa Kusaka.

Chigusa makes Ryou realize that Shino "broke up" with him. After leaving Chigusa, Ryou receives an e-mail from Aina, who mentions having received an email from Ovan. Haseo returns to The World and contacts Aina.

The two are interrupted by Kazumi, the new leader of G. Haseo enters into the Cathedral receiving some flashbacks to the day Shino was PKed. Azure Kite finally appears before him. An intense battle ensues until Haseo had been data drained by Azure Kite. They also convinced to him that if he wants to become stronger, he has to awaken his Avatar. Some montage scenes occurred as Haseo, trying to awaken his avatar, fought against countless opponents in the battle tournament, and received his 2nd form.

Later he was defeated by Alkaid, apparently forcing him to start over. Haseo runs into Atoli and joins her on a trip to the field, but loses his temper and tells her not to bother him anymore. They soon found her outside the normal game area trying to open one of the lockers. As Haseo and Atoli talked in a short conversation, Azure Kite appears again.

Haseo encounters another battle against him with his Avatar form. Haseo and the others brought Atoli back to the Serpent of Lore after the tragic incident.

He was informed by Yata to enter Atoli's consciousness to save her. Haseo slowly approaches as Atoli tries to attack, but Haseo manages to calm her down and purify her. Haseo notices Pi and Kuhn's bodies in the ground which instantly disintegrate shortly after. Ovan revealed to Haseo that he is the true Tri-edge. He nearly got PKed by Ovan, but Atoli saved him and was also disintegrated. Haseo became enraged after Ovan left, then transformed into his B-st form.

Both fought in an intense battle until Haseo was defeated by Ovan's gunshot attack. In that moment within his consciousness, Haseo was chained in a giant stone, resembling Cubia , still furious at Ovan. Atoli appears before him to calm his mind, as he did for her. He was transformed briefly into his 3rd form then into his Xth form after he and Atoli fuse together.

He fought against Ovan once more with his Avatar. Haseo finally defeats him, but he watches helplessly as Ovan released his Rebirth ability to bring his sister Aina and everyone else to normal from the AIDA infection.

He catches it but they fade away in an instant. Haseo felt in agony of losing him as Aina was floating down from the sky. Pi, Kuhn, and Atoli have returned in the same spot where they had been attacked.

Atoli tells Haseo that she could still hear Ovan and uses her Avatar to guide him. Haseo finds Ovan in the depths outside of the The World's boundary network. He tries to reach him but a barrier keeps the two apart. Haseo hears Aura's voice telling him about the countermeasure system, but ignores her and manages to rip the barrier causing his own character to nearly shatter during the process, and Haseo is able to save Ovan.

Shino comes by to thank Haseo, then leaves. Atoli and Haseo hold hands as the credits roll. Haseo is an Adept Rogue , a class capable of wielding multiple weapons.

In his case, he picked proficiency in Dual Swords, Broad Sword and Scythe, giving him a very balanced and versatile arsenal capable of dealing with different types of enemies. In Volume 1 , Haseo intially has access to Dual Swords until completing the special Job Extend quest that allows him to use his second weapon, the Broadsword. In Volume 2 he undergoes the second Job Extend quest that allows him to use the Scythe. In Volume 4 , Haseo undergoes another transformation known as the 5th Form, where he uses a whip-like sword called "Gate of Ouroboros", which is infused with the power of all the Epitaphs; it is capable of a powerful rapid-attack that can quickly build-up Rengeki , and also has the highest base attack of any other weapon in the game, with 66 physical attack bonus.

While this form restricts him of using all his other previous weapons, his power is greatly enhanced, having access to eight new arts, each one related to 8 Phases: once he uses an art, he can follow up with a Double Trigger that allows him to use another art. Stat-wise, Haseo has very balanced and above average parameters, and has the fourth highest HP in the game after Endrance , Piros the 3rd and Zelkova.

However, being an Adept Rogue, his weapon skills take longer to level up compared to the rest of characters; on the other hand, the access to various weapon types makes him very flexible in combat although in Volume 4 he only has access to one weapon after obtaining his 5th form.
